New York times has reported that there is mobile app software that is now being used to collect TV data for advertisers.
I was reading the other day, one of my Facebook friends posted that he bought a Bud light and before he could get out of the store, a Bud light advertisement popped up on his phone. Is it possible that someone is watching you? This social response to our behavior is causing a hysteria for some.
I AM MORE THAN THE GLASS CEILING™
I decree excellence as I close this chapter and enter into a new chapter of my life.
Earlier this year, GOD absolutely blew my mind with one blessing after another, exposing me to opportunities that were life-changing. It took me an entire year to execute HIS plans. On November 1, I am honored to be a Session Chair for the 33rd Annual Substance Use Professional Conference sponsored by the Eastern Area Health Education Center for the 26 county coastal plains region.
I will be conducting a 3-hour didactic-experimental workshop for intermediate and experienced helping professionals on mobile social support integration to improve traditional systems of care.
As I sit here to write this post, I am reminded of how my Residency Chair discouraged me from marrying my research topic because little was known. How many of you know that there are some things that man cannot define? GOD will search our innermost being for what lies ahead. When I think of the conference theme… “Tapestry of Skills in Treatment and Interventions,” this title is so appropriate for GOD’s agenda. I will not only present my findings, but I will unveil a mobile social support system that I developed to meet people where they are.
I did not see this coming, but GOD did as he prepared me for such a time as this. I don’t know what is next, but surely GOD has a plan and an audience aligned.
I had been dying to go to Montego Bay. Let me tell you something…where I am from they be serving some oxtails. The service was AMAZING! I went just in time…ugh…”FRESH OXTAILS”. This place is clean, serene, and the service was beautiful from the time I entered the building until the time I left the building.
I have never heard of this, but while I was in waiting for my order, a beautiful young lady approached me to offer me fresh fruit—for FREE. Who does that? She fancied me with some fresh fruit to take home.
I have never been to a place where I left so marveled. Whoever you are Montego Bay, staff, and company, you are AMAZING. The place is clean, the staff so accommodating and this FOOD-about to chop it up:)
P.S. I usually do not drink tea (a southern favorite), because it pulls the iron from the body. However, while I was waiting for my food, there sitting on the counter in front of me, two fresh carafes that drew me in with the condensation on a warm, summer night. One carafe held cold, ice water and the other a carafe of tea.
Me: “May, I have some please?”
Her: “Of course, did you think I would tell you, no”
I had a nice tea while waiting, left with a meal for a KING, and fresh fruit. I pulled to the side of the road. Thank you, Montego Bay for great food and customer service. Keep up the great work and may GOD continue to bless the works of your hands. I have a meeting with some good ole oxtails. Where are you from?
“Gratefully Growing” authored by Nkechi Ajaeroh takes the reader on a journey with a positive school of thought about life. Her compelling stories teach the reader how to see the glass half full instead of half empty no matter the pivotal points in life that shape us all. As a research writer and reviewer, I must admit, Ajaeroh’s work is the epitome of writing excellence.
A process of Association…
Ajaeroh’s writings reminded me of milestones in my life where I could see the relevant application of positive thought as a mom, leader, instructor, wife, and business owner. All of these milestones influenced my growth. For example, the Bible says, “God knows the Continue reading →
